I hold a state certificate in Climbing in Natural Environments (DEJEPS) and I'm also certified in Tree Climbing. I regularly take people to climb trees and spend the night on a hammock at the top, in the middle of the forest!

I'm also a certified Feldenkrais practitioner. Felden Method is a way to improve motor skills leading to more pleasure while practicing your favorite activity but also a tool to seek performance, get rid of pains or regain confidence after an injury. As I'm aware of the way you're moving, I can guide you towards a better movement. If you like, we can start or finish the day on a yoga mat.

My regular lessons last one hour, but you can stay with  me as much time as you want. Keep in mind that **this program is suitable for everyone**, even for kids! I will be there every step of the way to help and guide you!
