This 9-day holy Armenia ski touring is an unusual program that will surprise you in the best possible way!
Armenia is located in the South Caucasus mountains. It has one of the most ancients civilizations around the globe. It was part of the Silk Road and is the oldest Christian country in the world. Plus, it was inside the Soviet Union until 1990. So there are many mixed traditions.
Another amazing features of this country are the many different landscapes that form it. It has deserts and eternal snow. But most of all a great deal of mountains, volcanoes, canyons and high plateaus because 97% of its land is higher than 2000 m.
And on this trip we'll go to the best skiing spots: Mount Ara (2575 m), Mount Tezhler (3102 m) Mount Hatis (2529 m) and Fox mountains. And while we do this, we'll also try some of its best cuisine and wine. Plus we'll visit traditional monasteries.
But most of all we'll experience the famous Armenian hospitality!
So please contact me, I’ll be happy to guide you to this 9-day holy Armenia ski touring. I’ll take you on an amazing adventure you will never forget.

Mountain Guide
Originally I'm from Altai, a little-known Siberian mountain region. I grew up and developed as a sportsmen and guide in Altai and the Tian-Shan mountains. Since 2010, I live in St. Petersburg and work a lot in the Caucasus region.
Since 2011 I am learning in the Russian Mountain Guides Association (RMGA), under auspices of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG). In 2015 I passed the Apprentice Ski Guide exam.
My main work destinations are Russian and CIS mountain regions as Altai, Khibiny, Tian-Shan, Kamchatka and all Caucasus. I specialize in ski tour and climbing projects in uncommon mountain regions of Russia and CIS.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
