Description
Discover the wilderness of Les Vosges during a 2-day snowshoeing trip in the heart of the local forests and snowy stubble. The perfect weekend in the outdoor after an intense week at work.
Moments of relaxation and breath of fresh air will be ensured for these 2 days in Les Vosges! You will enjoy the pleasure of walking on snow and admire the unique landscapes that nature offers during the winter.
All the meals served during the snowshoeing trip are local and include traditional products selected by myself.
I'm organizing several weekends from January till March. You can join a group or set up yours. The trip takes place in the surroundings of Gerardmer – La Bresse.

My objective is to provide you with a real LOCAL EXPERIENCE.
We should finish on Sunday around 5pm so that you have the time to go back home before starting a new week.

I organize group tours at specific dates (see below) and private tours at your best convenience. For a private trip, the price will depend on the number of participants.

This is the price to join one of our group tours (group size: 6-12 people).
Itinerary
Day 1: Saturday
Snowshoe hiking for +/- 4 hours
Distance : 8,5km
Vertical drop : +300m / -300m
For those who wish, we can go on a ‘digestive’ snowshoeing hike with the headlamps (about 1 hour, depending on the weather conditions).
The night will be spent in a traditional mountain hostel. We will have a hot meal in the evening with local specialties. The breakfast will also be traditional and varied (check the pictures 😉 ).
Day 2: Sunday
Snowshoe hiking for +/- 6 hours
Distance : 11,5km
Vertical drop: +450m / -450m
We will have a gastronomic picnic in the forest. I will have for you a selection of the best products of the area (cheese, charcuterie and local drinks). These products are collected by myself the day before from different farms from Les Vosges.

We had an amazing week-end in the Vosges with Eric. It included hiking with snow-shoes, enjoying delicious local food and sleeping in the mountain. He always made sure everybody was safe and happy while giving insights about the beautiful environment. 10/10 would recommend !
