Wenn Sie noch nie auf einer Via Ferrata waren und daran interessiert sind, dies auf dem Balkan zu tun, dann ist dies die Reise für Sie! Begleiten Sie mich auf diesem Tagesausflug in die Rila-Gebirge, die höchsten Berge der Balkanhalbinsel!
Die Rila-Gebirge, die sich auf 2925 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel befinden, sind eine einzigartige und malerische Landschaft. Das Wort „Rila“, ein altes slawisches Wort, bedeutet wörtlich „Wassermountain“ und seine Berge ragen über tiefe Schluchten, 150 kristallklare Seen und sind sogar ein UNESCO-Welterbe. Und unsere Via Ferrata ist nach dem **Kuklata-Gipfel („**Die Puppe“) benannt, den wir an unserem aktiven Tag erklimmen werden!
Diese Reise beginnt mit einer Wanderung am Fuße des Maliovitsa-Tals (1700m) bis hinauf zur Malyovitsa-Hütte (1960m), wo wir bei Ankunft die Via Ferrata-Route starten können. Mit einer Kombination aus dicken Stahlseilen, Metallstangen, Stufen, Leitern und Brücken führt uns diese Ferrata bis hinauf zu den Panoramablicken auf die Täler von Maliovitsa und dem benachbarten Urdina. Und wir werden auch einige spektakuläre Ausblicke auf die Gipfel von Maljovitsa (2729m) genießen, auf denen wir ein Picknick-Mittagessen genießen werden!
Dieser Tagesausflug steht jedem offen, auch denen, die keine vorherige Kletter- oder Via Ferrata-Erfahrung haben. Diese Ferrata ist in Bezug auf ihre Schwierigkeit mittel, wobei wir etwa 4-5 Stunden aktiv sind. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Rabatt für Gruppen von 2 oder mehr Personen. I started snowboarding when only a few people were doing it. At the time, it was just an emerging sport. We used to experiment modifying our equipment by hand. We didn't know about first lines or powder days, we were simply having fun and enjoying amazing snow.
As things got more serious, I gained experience and learned more about the mountains. I found so many new possibilities!
From the mountains, I learned how to enjoy with just the essentials, to travel lightly and to cherish the company of a friend on the snow. But I also learned responsibility and learned from my mistakes.
This passion led me in 1994 to the Himalayas, where the beauty of the scenery and the amazing peaks were almost overwhelming. In summer, I started exploring the mountain and in this way I discovered climbing.
All of this inspired me to become a professional. Now I have a Ski Instructor Qualification Class C, a Professional Mountain Leader UIMLA Qualification and in 2009 I became the first Bulgarian snowboard guide. Since 2017, I'm a snowboard Instructor qualification Level “3” and international ISIA.

We had 2 very professional guides whom we enjoyed very much. But this is a medium moderated course and it's not for people with no experience. It was a full day trip.
