With truly stunning scenery and via ferrata routes for all levels, your trip will definitely leave long-lasting memories. Whether you are staying in Cortina, Bolzano, Corvara, Alleghe or Canazei, you willsure find some great itineraries. Climb the Degli Alpini or the Bepi Zac via ferrata if you are a beginner, go for the Punta Anna or the Marmolada (west ridge) routes if you want a more serious challenge, or dare try the Mesules or Constantini via ferrata for the ultimate challenge.

The Dolomites have pleasant temperatures and very sunny days during the summer months (it’s not as hot as it is in other Italian destinations), while winters are dry and can experience temperatures as cold as -10°C.
There’s a lot to explore in the Dolomites, so take at least 4 days to visit this incredible Italian mountains. Most via ferrata trips are offered as half-day or full-day programs. However, the most enthusiast mountain lovers can go for 3-day or even 1-week tours, combining several via ferrata routes and hikes.
Summer, spring and fall are the recommended seasons for a via ferrata trip in the Dolomites, as well as for hiking, cycling and climbing. You’ll find the best conditions between May and early October.
This tour was unanimously my family’s favorite part of our trip. The view from the top is the most stunning 360 view I’ve ever seen. Enrico, our guide, was clear, calm and engaging. We had a person who is terrified of heights, and Enrico did an excellent job of balancing patient encouragement with determined push. For those more fearless who are experienced hikers and climbers, this particular via ferrata may be a bit underwhelming. A few of us wanted more of a challenge. Overall, fantastic.
We had a great experience with Mr.Enrico Geremia for our via ferrata trip up Marmolada. Enrico was a friendly guide and did not compromise with any of the safety equipment. We felt secure all the while with Enrico. We would certainly recommend our friends who have plans to hike the Dolomites in the future to use this platform 🙂
It. Was. So. Amazing. The trek was everything I hoped it would be and more. Enrico was a super guide – he was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and I could tell he really loves sharing the Dolomites with people.
He organized a fantastic trip – the huts we stayed in were amazing and the scenery was unbelievable.
I went with Mark Oberlechner who is a great guide!!! And we took the 4 day tour so not this one.
My family had a great time with our Via Ferrata trip! We all loved our guide, Renato!! He really made all the difference in making our experience from good to great!
He was very mindful and goes out of his way with ensuring that our family has an enjoyable and safe experience. He chose the right degree of difficulty for our trip. We enjoyed hearing about all his tips, stories, future trip recommendations. He took a lot of pictures of our family at great scenic spots.
He even treated us to cappucinno drinks along the way. We enjoyed being together with him so much, we shared beverage, snack and stories with him after the activity was over.
We will definitely seek him as our guide again next time and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Loved the trip!
Enrico was great, fantastic hike/climb & views. I would recomend this trip.
Enrico was an excellent guide and his routes were amazing. He was great with condfident and nonconfident climbers alike. I would recconmend him to anyone.
Enrico guided my family of 4 including 2 boys age 14 and 17 to do the Via Ferrata on Punta Anna. It was a fantastic day. First there was a vigorous walk up from Rifugio Dibona to the start of the Via Ferrata. We are a active family who hikes often but at the higher altitude, we still huffed a bit with the hike. But Enrico was patient and gave us whatever opportunities to take pictures and rest as we needed. During that hike, Enrico conversed with my boys to get a sense of how comfortable they may be with heights and climbing. Once the Via Ferrata started, it was just amazing. Enrico gave us clear instructions about how to do the Ferrata safely and kept an eye on us make sure that we were comfortable and having fun. He took amazing pictures of our family during the climb so that we did not have to fumble with our cameras and risk dropping it. That really allows me to enjoy the moment because it is indescribably beautiful and breathtaking. He then send us the pictures the next day and they were great and better than what I could have done. At the tricky parts of the climb, he offered to pull us up by rope if we were uncomfortable but we were all able to do it on our own. However, for others who may be unsure, it may be helpful to know that he can assist you in this way. Then on the way down, he showed us how to do a gravel run which we have never done and it was enormously fun! We cannot recommend Enrico enough as a guide for Via Ferrata, rock climbing , or skiing tour. He even gave us recommendations for future tours that we hope to do. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy.
Had an amazing time with Enrico and Mauro. The views are just incredible and it was great to do something a bit different from just walking/hiking. They provided all the equipment and knew exactly where we were going and even took photos for us along the way which made the whole experience great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to via ferrata in the Dolomites!
Great trip! Enrico planned it perfectly and had a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend!
Our first via ferrata experience for our group of four was wonderful! Renato was great in communicating/coordinating with us. He adapted well to the different skill/fitness levels of those in our group. He even took pictures of us throughout the trip. We later found out it was his birthday! What a great way to celebrate a birthday by sharing in what he loves to do. Would highly recommend for beginners.
Enrico is a great guide!
Enrico was a great guide. He gave us some history of the mountain while climbing and took photos for us while hiking up to Punta Penia. Very professional and helpful guide!
He was really really fantastic and our trip was amazing! It was myself, my friend and our two sons and Enrico challenged us all and was really patient and great with our boys. We had 5 days of hiking and via ferrata in an incredibly beautiful uncrowded part of the Dolomites. I felt 100% comfortable with Enrico that he made sure our kids were safe in every situation. We all had an unforgettable experience and want to come back for more :). I keep telling people how great explore share is!
