Oberland is the highest region of Berna and is located south of the canton. The lakes Thun and Brienz, as well as the wonderful Bernese Alps, are part of its geography. It is a great place for all kinds of outdoor activities all year round. From June to September, guided hiking and mountaineering tours are the most hired by those who want to conquer the peaks of Mont Blanc, Matterhorn or Eiger.
The doors of heaven open in the Oberland. Climb one of its mountains and come in!
Although in the summer you can fully enjoy mountain climbing tours on the peaks of Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau, or hike on the shores of crystal clear lakes, the winter in Oberland is also worth experiencing.
