Accompany me on a **2-day climb** of the beautiful **Italian peak**, **Gran Paradiso (4,061m)**.

The **Gran Paradiso** mountain in the **Aosta Valley** certainly deserves its name. If you are seeing it up close while climbing it to the top, or if you are seeing it from a distance, the mountain has all the attributes of a paradise peak worthy of all the praise it receives. Climbing the **Grand Paradis / Gran Paradiso** in Valsavarenche (Aosta Valley) is an awesome mountaineering experience. It is a straightforward climb with amazing, rewarding views from the summit. Join us and let us show you this stunning peak!

At 4,061 m (13,323 ft), Gran Paradiso stands tall in the Alps, between the Aosta Valley and Piedmont regions in Italy. This beautiful mountain is relatively easy to climb, although the rocky terrain near the summit requires some prior mountaineering experience. On this program, we will show you the way to the top of this lovely peak and you will experience all of its splendor.

During the first day of the trip, we’ll enjoy an easy 3-hour hike to **Rifugio Chabod.** Then, on day 2, we will climb to the summit of Gran Paradiso and enjoy the stunning views that have earned it its name before coming back down. Climbing up and returning will take around 8 hours in total.

This is a very special ascent because:

*   We may have the chance to observe Alpin animals (like ibex and chamois) on the way to the hut;
    
*   Italian huts are always very welcoming and the food is fantastic;
    
*   The views are breathtaking on the way up, down, and from the summit;
    
*   The Gran Paradiso is very often climbed by mountaineers who want to prepare and acclimatize for ascending Mont Blanc.

This **6-day Ortlès Massif ski touring program** will take you among the secret valleys around Mount Zebru (3740 m).

**Ortlès Massif** is a mountain chain located in the north of Italy and south if Switzerland, inside the **Stelvio National Park**. It's part of Alps and therefore it's also known as **the Ortler Alps**.

And I'll take you to the **Mount Zebru (3740 m) area**, to enjoy an amazing 6-day ski tour. This expedition will take us through incredible glaciers and some of the best powder in the **Alps**. Plus. we'll enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Italian Mountain hut, known for their hospitality and delicious food. **DAY 1 – ARGENTIERE (GLACIER CREAMERY)**  
Meet at 9 am in Chamonix to get to know and verify the hardware. We then go right at the foot of the Argentiere glacier in Glacier Creamery. You will discover how to best use crampons and ice axes in lengths of ice between 70 ° and 75 ° to 30 m high. We also realize one ice fall 70 m. This is a great introduction to this Chamonix ice fall training

**DAY 2 – VAL DE COGNE**  
Cogne> Lillaz gully: 220m, grade 4 ice and M4 + (M = mixed climbing, ice and rock)>  
Meet at 7:00 in Chamonix. Today we will go in the valley of Cogne, link up the ice fall. It will take about 1:15 to reach the foot of the Ice fall. Great varied during its ascent with a beautiful atmosphere and stunning views of Mont Blanc route. Back in Chamonix in late afternoon and end of the ice fall course

The **Vallee Blanche** is a fantastic area for **ski touring.** It offers a very long descent that can be done in equally amazing sections.

One of the biggest and most famous highlights of the **Vallee Blanche** is that you´ll find yourself in the middle of the **Mont Blanc Massif**. Just being able to see this incredible massif is reason enough to visit. On this trip, you will be able to tour around the Massif and see the scenery in all of its glory.

The adventure will begin in Courmayeur. From  **Punta Helbronner (3,462m), we** will get to enjoy a descent of just over **2,400 metres**, until we reach **Chamonix (1,037m)**. From there, we will take a bus to **Courmayeur.** 

When it comes to which direct routes we take down the **Vallee Blanche**, and where we will take breaks, that will depend on a number of factors. Those factors include **weather conditions,** what specific **scenic highlights** you wish to see, and your **ability**.

In order to make the descent down the **Vallee Blanche**, you must have **off-piste skiing experience and a good fitness level**.

Cogne is a perfect spot for ice climbing. It is accessible for **every skill level**, from beginners to experienced ice climbers. I will be happy to give you the basics if you have never done it before. If you are experience already, I will focus on giving you the right tips to improve, and allow you to be autonomous.

This program includes both **theoretical and practical sessions**. I will adapt the program to the time you have available, and your goals.

The duration of this program can be adjusted to your availability and goals. For programs of 2 or more days, I recommend staying in the charming **Ondezana hotel** in Cogne, a perfect base camp for the ice climbers.

We will be climbing **walls** of a minimum of 150 meters high by 2.

**Mount Adamello** and its surrounding area, in **Italy**, is a fantastic place for ski touring. Firstly, because here we have the largest glacier of the Italian Alps. And secondly, because fresh powder snow is often present in this area. This makes it a sort of mecca for Italian freeriders.

It is located at the border between the Italian regions of **Lombardia** and **Trentino**. In fact, it is well known for the First World War rests, scattered almost everywhere on the mountain.

Even if Adamello is not a 4000 m peak, I strongly recommend this program. You will not only enjoy a fantastic glacier traverse and the superb ski descent on the famous **Pisgana glacier**. It will also be a real journey through the history of the First World War in the Italian Alps!

**Porta Nera, in Cervinia, is a fabulous ski descent in the heart of Monte Rosa massif. Let us show you the way to this amazing adventure!**

**Porta Nera (or Black Gate in english)** can be reached from the **Italian alpine resort of Cervinia**, **in the Aosta Valley**. This unique backcountry descent can be compared with the mythical Vallèe Blanche, but it’s less crowded!

So this exciting program will start with an equipment check in **Cervinia**. Then we’ll take the cable car and make a long traverso on the Verra glacier using skins. We’ll have to climb a bit to get to our starting point, but once on top all the effort will make sense!

Our descent will start through the magnificent and pristine slopes of the **Schwarzegletscher**. Here we’ll cross through seracs and crevasses until we reach the edge, where we’ll move to **Gorner Glacier**. This section end with a famous narrow passage that goes in between rocks and a frozen stream. And at the end, when our legs start to feel the fatigue, a gentle slope will lead us back to **Furi**.

Both **Gressoney** and the **Alagna Valsesia** are fantastic, beautiful places for **skiing** in **Northwestern Italy**.

Located in the **Aosta valley**, these 2 places are in prime position to see the **Alps**. However, the best view you will get to enjoy is that of the stunning **Monte Rosa (4,634m)**, the second highest peak in the **Alps**, which is just north of **Alagna**.

On this **3 day skiing adventure**, I will make sure you get to see and experience as much of the **Aosta valley** as possible.

Because there is a **cable car** that connects **Gressoney** and **Alagna**, it will not be difficult at all to go from one place to the other. Thus allowing the adventure to cover a greater area.

This **3 day trip** will not just have the option of **ski touring**. Instead, there will also be **off-piste skiing** runs available to you as well. And considering that **Alagna** is known as the **freeride skiing capital of the world**, there will be no shortage of fantastic options. The slopes of **Alagna** are enormous. Hence making them perfect for thrilling runs, as they start at the ridges of the **Monte Rosa** at an altitude of more than **4,600 metres** and go all way down to the bottom of the valley at **1,191 metres**.
