This unique private tour will give you the chance to explore this fascinating country and its unrivalled skiing terrain. So, you’ll be able to venture through places very few ever have the chance to visit.

We will be exploring the Shimamaki area in the Karibayama mountain range, in Hokkaido and very close to the Sea of Japan. Here, you’ll find a mix of descents with spaced trees, open alpine bowls and steep ridges. You’ll also run into descents that range 15 to 35 degrees, at least 3 more than an average slope on a ski resort. And, you’ll see wonderful things around you, like gladed and covered in snow birch forests. Or you can find charming meadows that look like they are out of a postcard!

Additionally, the catskiing experience is just wonderful! Because you’ll reach places otherwise almost impossible to get to. And, you’ll save all your energy for all the thrilling descents ahead of you.

We’ve skied up to 13 runs, the equivalent of 6.500 meters in a day. But, the amount of vertical terrain and number of runs will depend on avalanche and weather conditions.
