Ski the unspoiled snows of southern Alaska next spring for the experience of a lifetime. Join me for six days of off-piste skiing and ski touring.

Your experience begins once you touch down in Anchorage, Alaska. From there a private shuttle brings you to the luxurious Alyeska Resort. Tucked into a valley with spectacular mountain views, this four-star hotel will be the starting point for all of your adventures.

For almost a week, you will enjoy steep slopes of unspoiled snow with gorgeous views of glaciers, the Chugach Mountains and Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy one of America’s most beautiful states at the perfect time of year to take advantage of guaranteed, extra-fluffy powder.

Weather permitting, your guide will take you on planes, helicopters and snowcats to travel through the pristine wilderness of Alaska. Not only will you have gorgeous views throughout these trips, but once you have arrived at the day’s destination, you will enjoy exhilaratingly steep slopes with views of unparalleled beauty.

After you have skied to your heart’s content, you will return to the resort each day and take advantage of all the available amenities. The 300-room Alyeska hotel has restaurants, shops, a gym, jacuzzi, pool and sauna, all of which are at your disposal to recuperate from the day’s skiing and prepare for the next one.

Once your adventure comes to an end you will take a shuttle bus back to the Anchorage international airport and begin your journey home.

For this trip, I recommend only proficient off-piste skiers who are quite fit and confident climbing in skis as well as with using crampons. Some days require two to four hours of hiking, either on skis or crampons. The slopes you will ski are also fairly steep with gradients of 3000 to 4000 meters, off-piste on rugged terrain.

So what are you waiting for? If skiing is your passion, come on this adventure of a lifetime in the untainted Alaskan wilderness. Enjoy sublime scenery and exhilarating slopes by day and all the luxuries of this four-star resort by night.

This trip is only offered in the dates listed below.

What People are Saying about Jean-Marc Kaufmann

Hello to all who like the intensity of amazing heights reached with sometimes a bit of sweat but so rewarding that the memories live in you year in or out. I travelled many times with Jean-Marc as guide. Heliskiing in Canada, Touring skiing (seals\' skin skiing) in Tromso, Spitzberg or more simply in ski resorts like France, Italy and Bulgaria. I recommend him for the complete trust in what he is sure I can do and his guiding ability on top of our sharing a good bear after the day\'s efforts (I am Belgian so ...). I even tried myself at 53 years\' old to a bit of climbing with \"Aiguille d\'Entrève\" and discovered a new ability. Great moments past and to come.
