Highlights

  • Discover Lofoten from the comfort of a beautiful lodge

  • Ski the best slopes and the best snow on the islands

  • Benefit from the company of a private guide for you and your friends or family

This 7-day Lofoten ski touring private program will allow you to enjoy one of the most unique ski destinations on the planet, in the company of your friends or family. And not only that, you’ll also be staying at the amazing Lofoten Ski Lodge!

Lofoten Islands is an archipelago located in northern Norway. Its amazing geography makes it almost mandatory to visit at least once in your life! The combination of sea and mountains makes these islands a true skier’s paradise. Come during the winter, when snowy mountains create the perfect contrast with the blue ocean nearby.

I honestly think there are few slopes as beautiful as the ones in Lofoten. And I’ve been guiding here for a while, so I can help you make the most of your stay.

First of all, you’ll stay at the Lofoten Ski Lodge (7 nights), which gives you quick access to the terrain. And then you’ll have me to guide you to the best spots on the island!  Our ski tours run from 3 to 8 hrs in length per day.

The lodge is a truly unique place. You’ll be staying in fully-renovated traditional cabins, fully-equipped with bathroom, fireplace and super comfy beds. After a challenging day ski touring around the island, you’ll relax in the sauna or the jacuzzi, have a drink at the bar or take in the amazing scenery from our terrace overlooking the sea.

To stay at the Lofoten Ski Lodge is to enjoy a true Northern Norwegian experience. With this private program you’ll be skiing with your friends only and we’ll be able to customize the tour to your wishes. You’ll decide where to go, when to stop and when to push a little harder.

So please send me a request and specify the number of people in your group. This 7-day Lofoten ski touring private program will be an unforgettable experience!

If you’d like to join a group, I also offer ski touring programs for groups. Check them out!

Meeting point

We'll meet at Lofoten Ski Lodge.

All transportation to the area comes into Svolvaer, which is just 13 km away from the lodge. To get here there are basically 3 options:

1) From Oslo fly into Harstad (1.5 hours) and pick up a rental car there to drive to Lofoten (2.5 hours).

2) Fly from Oslo to Svolvaer (with a stop-over in Bodo). Probably the smoothest way to get to Lofoten but also a little more expensive.

3) Fly from Oslo to Bodo (1.5 hours approx) and then take the ferry or the coastal steamer to Svolvaer.

Lofoten Ski Lodge is a pleasure for all senses and takes service to the next level. While other resorts or hotels have to mobilise a whole lot of service to make their guests feel comfortable, Seth and his crew have a unique way of creating a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel looked after and taken care of. Thank you for another great weekend!
