Arrive in Chamonix and settle in at your hotel. Your guide will meet you and the rest of the team at 5pm for a briefing about the tour. At 6pm you can explore Chamonix and pick up any last minute items.
We will transfer down the valley to Les Houches and then take the Bellevue cable car up to the start of our hike. We’ll pass over the Col du Tricot to Les Contamines, where we’ll spend the night.
We’ll go to the Col du Bonhomme from Les Contamines across scenic alpine pastures, then to Les Chapieux where we’ll spend the night.
We’ll cross the border into Italy over the Seigne pass. Expect stunning views of the Val Veny and into Courmayeur. We will also pay a visit to the Elisebeta refuge for delicious hot chocolate, coffee and cake.
We’ll head out of Courmayeur and through the Val Ferret, with amazing views up to Col Ferret, the Swiss border. We’ll then go to La Fouly and spend the night there.
We’ll begin our day with a transfer to Trient. From there we’ll head up to the Col De Balme, where the Chamonix Valley opens up in all its glory. Then we’ll go to Argentiere to spend the night.
The last day of the tour takes us from Argentiere up and along the Grand Balcon Sud, where the views are unbeatable. We’ll arrive back in Chamonix for a celebratory meal.
Eat breakfast and reflect on the experience before heading home.

I am an UIMLA-certified Mountain Leader, working as a freelance international guide. I am passionate about the outdoors and I love guiding clients in different mountain environments. I am based in Chamonix, with the mountains on my doorstep, so I spend any spare time I have outside, mountaineering, rock climbing or swimming.
Along with guiding tours, I enjoy exploring new places and travelling to countries like Canada, New Zealand and Africa. I have a special love for the European Alps. The food, culture and landscape of the Italian Dolomites are my favorite!
