Today I bring a great proposal for those who want to climb the Aneto Peak via a different route. Let’s ascent it by the amazing Llosas Ridge.Together with the Cregueña, Llosas Ridge is one of the classic routes that cross the southern slope of the Maladetas-Aneto massif.

It is a shorter and friendlier option than its neighbor route Salenques-Tempestades. However, it is a really interesting climb and one of the most visited routes in the Pyrenees.

Through this stunning ridge we will reach the Aneto’s summit. We’ll approach Vallibierna with our vehicle. Then we can achieve our goal in one day. Another interesting feature of this trip is that once at the Pico Aneto we can accede to other several 3000-meter peaks.

This 2 day ascent by the Llosas route requires a high physical level as well as some previous experience in mountaineering. Keep in mind that we must face steep and quite difficult slopes during the way.

I can guide a group of 2 people. If you want to join me please fill out the form and contact me. It’ll be my pleasure to guide you in the Aneto Peak through this great route!

    About the Guide

Mountain guide UIAGM/IMFGA and Canyoning guide AEGM

I was born in the early 80´s in the Basque Country. I grew up in an environment sorrounded by nature. Ever since I was a small child I felt fascinated by the mountains, feeling more at home hiking and climbing than anywhere on land.

In 2003, I became part of the Spanish National Alpinist Team (FEDME). During those 6 years I achieved a large baggage of ascents and openings worldwide.

As part of the first Spanish team graduated to receive international certification (UIAGM/IFMGA), I have been guiding professionally since 2005.
