Highlights

Join me to explore the most emblematic peak in the Pyrenees: Monte Perdido of 3,355 meters. Located in the heart of the unforgettable National Park of Ordesa, it is a popular destination for mountaineering. On this 2-day trip, I’ll show you why everybody loves it!

We’ll meet at the beautiful Torla, gate to the Ordesa Valley, and explore some of the mountain’s best features: Cañón de Ordesa, waterfalls, Clavijas de Soaso, canyons, dense oak and pine forests and glacier valleys. The breathtaking landscape and exciting ascent provide the perfect conditions for a one-of-a-kind adventure. We might even get to witness the Osprey and Egyptian Vulture flight. Be sure to check the itinerary for more details.

If you are not sure what to pack for this trip, I can help you plan what and what not to bring.

This trip can also be extended for a day and walk the Faja de las Flores, an impressive path at the edge of a high cliff of the canyon. Or I can accommodate it for some easier and shorter variations.

So book your trip now to this incredible adventure to the most beautiful and impressive National Park in Spain. Monte Perdido will for sure win your heart.

I also offer other adventures in Spain if you want to keep on exploring this beautiful country, such as a guided ascent to Mulhacen in Sierra Nevada and a 2-day via ferrata marathon in southern Spain.

    What People are Saying

Jon was an excellent guide. He was responsive and detailed prior to the hike regarding equipment preparation as well as keeping us up to date on weather conditions and various scenarios we may encounter. Jon was very knowledgeable, not just from a technical standpoint but also the history and area itself. We had a great experience and would use Jon again in the near future for the next climb.

Top guide top trip :). First of all Jon is excellent went over and above so I could join the group which meant booking my hostel and getting breakfast the night before, waking after 12 pm to let me in then translating for me in English the whole time. Top guide and I hope to climb with him again soon. Thanks John. Monte Perido National park is stunning much nicer than I expected. This is a great trip and I would highly recommend.
