Highlights

Come climb one the most famous ridges of the Pyrenees in just one day!

The Besiberris Ridge connects 3 important mountains of the Catalan Pyrenees. The North Besiberri (3008 m), the Mig (2995 m) and the South Besiberri (3023 m). Its high quality rock is another outstanding feature that makes this place a great climbing option.

The Besiberris are in the Aiguestortes-Sant Maurici National Park. This is the protected area with more lakes in the Pyrenees. As for the access to the ridge, it will be through the Boi Valley. As you may know, this valley is not only naturally beautiful but has 9 churches that are currently a UNESCO world heritage.

The Besiberris Ridge is technically moderate but physically demanding. When you climb it you will feel like a real acrobat! Also keep in mind that the ridge has a considerable elevation. Throughout the ascent, we must face about 1500 meters of altitude change. Therefore I always recommend to have some previous alpine experience and a good fitness level.

As we ascend you will discover a stunning high mountain landscape around us. Moreover, from the top you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view surrounded by more than 200 lakes.

So, are you coming? Please contact me for further details and make your reservation. It’ll be my pleasure to guide you through this Pyrenees wonder!

    IFMGA/UIAGM Mountain Guide from Spain

Since a young age I lived surrounded by mountains and walls, out in nature. Mountaineering is part of my life from an early stage.

The search for new horizons and mountains made me discover many exotic destinations. I’ve done climbing and skiing expeditions to the Alps, Turkey, Jordania, Patagonia, Peruvian Andes, the Himalayas (India and Nepal). I’ve also opened new routes, both for rock climbing and for winter alpinism.

I’ve done high performance alpinism awarded by the FEEC (Federació d’Entitats Excursionistes de Catalunya). I was member of the Spanish Alpinism Team, the FEDME, from 2006 to 2008.

I became UIAGM mountain guide and canyoning guide to share my passion with all those who love doing activities in the mountains, either a fun canyon, challenging climbs, or white and lonely ski runs in remote mountains.
