Description

Aneto (3,404 m) is one of the most magnificent mountains in the Pyrenees. And this circuit around the peak is a mesmerizing trek you cannot miss!

We will stay at two of the most splendid mountain refuges of the region: Cap de Llauset, the newest hut in the Pyrenees, and Renclusa, a typical and famous refuge.

This is a demanding and exciting program, where we will enjoy a wide range of hypnotizing high mountain sceneries. Also, we will hike across mesmerizing mountain lakes and forests. Furthermore, we will get to visit the majestic Aneto glacier.

On our first day we’ll reach Cap de Llauset, crossing the south part of Aneto. From there we’ll get incomparable views of Tempestades, Margalida and Russell. Then, the next day we will head to Salenques. Thereupon, we’ll trek through Aneto, over the Barrancs valley. After a full day of adventures, one of the most charismatic and enchanting huts in Europe awaits for us: Renclusa. And, above the clouds, the summits of Alba, Maladeta, Maldito, Mir amongst many others, will dazzle us. Finally on our last day, we’ll trek to Benasque, passing by Besurta. Moreover, we’ll visit many places with a big historical, cultural and geographical significance for the region.

So don’t miss this chance. And come with me on this hut to hut journey. Let’s explore the valleys of Ballibierna, Llauset, Salenques and Benasque, amongst many other dazzling spots near Aneto.

Just send me a request and let me be your guide on this incredible adventure.

About the guide

guide profile img

I started climbing when I was a teenager and have been in love with the mountains ever since. As I walked down from the Mont Blanc summit, I decided that I wanted to be a mountain guide.

I live in Benasque, a wonderful mountain village in the Pyrenees. It is the Spanish Chamonix. You have many different mountain activities to do here, with challenges for all levels.

I am mountain leader with UIMLA certification by the Mountain School of Benasque. I am member of the AEGM (Association of Spanish Mountain Guides).

I started guiding in 2007 and have been in the Pyrenees, Alps, Andes, Himalayas, Caucasus, etc.

There is no such thing as zero risk in mountain activities but I can assure you that your safety will be my top priority. Hire a mountain professional with experience and qualifications.

Would you like to climb the summit you have always wanted? Do you want to climb that mountain with a qualified professional who will focus on your safety?

Relax, enjoy the climbing and make your dreams come true! I´ll take care of the rest.
