  • Reach the summit of L’Aüt with a local guide

  • Get the most dazzling views of Val de Boi

Val de Boi is a climbing paradise in the heart of Catalonia, Spain. And L’Aüt (2,532 m) is Val de Boi’s most emblematic mountain. So don’t miss the opportunity to reach its summit on this climbing trip.

Let me guide you across Val de Boi, a narrow and steep-sided dazzling valley in the comarca of Alta Ribagorça, bordering some of the most famous peaks in the Pyrenees. Due to its location, this stunning valley in the autonomous region of Catalonia, Spain, offers some of the best climbing routes in the area.

Also, because of its incomparable beauty and historical, cultural and natural importance, Val de Boi was designated a World Heritage site by UNESCO. And inside this spectacular valley, a mountain manages to stand out for its very unique and beautiful shape. L’Aüt is a peak that should be on every climbing enthusiast’s bucket list.

The ascent is easy on the technical level. But the altitude at which it rises, makes it a bit complicated. So you should have a good fitness level, as you’ll climb up to seven hours.

But, don’t worry! I will be with you during the whole ascent, making sure you are safe, while having a great time. I’ll also be giving you pointers, so you can improve your climbing techniques.

If you are up for this climbing adventure, please send me a request. Let me guide you across one of my favorite peaks in the Val de Boi. And share with you some hypnotizing spots on the way to the summit.

IFMGA/UIAGM Mountain Guide from Spain

Since a young age I lived surrounded by mountains and walls, out in nature. Mountaineering is part of my life from an early stage.

The search for new horizons and mountains made me discover many exotic destinations. I’ve done climbing and skiing expeditions to the Alps, Turkey, Jordania, Patagonia, Peruvian Andes, the Himalayas (India and Nepal). I’ve also opened new routes, both for rock climbing and for winter alpinism.

I’ve done high performance alpinism awarded by the FEEC (Federació d’Entitats Excursionistes de Catalunya). I was member of the Spanish Alpinism Team, the FEDME, from 2006 to 2008.

I became UIAGM mountain guide and canyoning guide to share my passion with all those who love doing activities in the mountains, either a fun canyon, challenging climbs, or white and lonely ski runs in remote mountains.
