Description

The Dolomites in Italy are a wondrous collection of peaks that offer some great splitboarding opportunities.

For 4 days, I would like to guide you on an exciting splitboarding tour, where you will get to experience the Dolomites.

There is an array of different areas to explore within the Dolomites mountain range. And you will get to pick and choose where you would like to go. As a result, the itinerary of this trip is very fluid. There is no set schedule. Instead, we will discuss what kind of splitboarding adventure you would like to have at the beginning of each day. And based on your skill level and desires, I will take you to the places I believe you will enjoy most.

The two largest areas I can take you include the Marmolada group and the Sella group. Both of these massifs offer some fantastic descents and  spectacular views. They are also open to people who splitboard at a beginner and intermediate level.

Since this trip lasts 4 days you will get far more time to appreciate the beauty of the Dolomites than if you were just visiting for a single day. Also, when we are in the mountains, you will get to stay in a comfortable mountain hut.

Have you ever wanted to see the Dolomites in the Alps of Italy? If so, then this 4 day splitboarding expedition will be perfect for you. Not only are the descents thrilling, but the scenery is unforgettable. To experience it for yourself, just send me a request. I look forward to hearing from you.

If you only have 1 day in the area, I can also take you on a ski tour on the Marmolada mountain.

Mountain Guide

I started my career as an aerospace engineer, my first passion and then became a full-time IFMGA mountain guide, my second passion, since 2013. Working as a mountain guide gratifies me a lot. I enjoy very much transmitting my knowledge about the mountains and its activities to my friends and clients.

I’m based in the Dolomites where I have climbed most of the mountain surroundings us here, including “Via attraverso il Pesce” in Marmolada and “Captain sky-hook” in Civetta. I also enjoy a lot guiding in the rest of the Alps, ice climbing, ski touring, freeride skiing, rock climbing and mountaineering.

Feel free to contact me if you want to live a great adventure in the Dolomites or anywhere else in the Alps, during the winter or the summer. It will be a great pleasure for me to guide you and allow you to reach your goal. I work with other mountain guides in the Veneto area, such as Filippo, Massimo, and my brother Daniele. If I am unavailable on the date you are interested in coming climbing, skiing, or engaging in other activities with me, I can connect you with one of them.

3 stars Marmolada is due to weatherconditions. Lack of new snow. Enrico found good snow in parts of the glacier. 5 stars to him. Before we went up to the glacier, Enrico took us for a testride offpiste to see if we would be able to ski difficult conditions. Very good.

To be honest we are very disappointed. We signed up for the day of free ride on Marmolada but Enrico wisely said the snow conditions were not conducive for doing that. He offered to do other activities (specifically ski touring) but that is not what we paid for or signed up for, and did not want to do that. Since he offered “alternative activities” it appears we lose 100% of the cost per Explore-Share policy. This is extremely unfair. Enrico seemed like a good guy and probably a very good guide, but I would NOT recommend Explore Share to anyone! Terrible experience for an expensive day.

Geremia was great to have for my first time ice climbing. He went over all the basics and gave me tips on my climbing that really helped out. All of this in a beautiful location! Highly recommended!

Enrico was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to put us in great snow despite the lack of snowfall over the past few weeks. Wonderful day!
