The Coastal Mountains of British Columbia are among the most beautiful in the world. Also, they are one of hardest to access, due to the thick coastal rainforest. So, I propose you to do it with the aid of a short helicopter trip from the city of Squamish.
Heli assisted mountaineering is a fantastic way to reach the remote and beautiful wilderness. If you are looking to climb this amazing mountains, this way you will skip the hard hike up to the alpine area.
This proposal is perfect for people looking to maximize their time in the mountains. A challenging multi day hike can be changed by an exciting sight seeing flight to a Camp Location or to a deluxe Alpine Hut. So, I invite you to bring all the comforts of home and I will provide high quality food to make it an adventure of a life time.
Squamish is an hour drive north from Vancouver. Also, an hour drive from Whistler. It’s a very popular destination for outdoor activities.
We will meet at Squamish Airport at 8 in the morning. After a 20 minute flight, we will land near our climbing or hiking objective. At 4 in the afternoon, the helicopter will pick us up and take us back to Squamish.
The program is available as a 1, 2 or 3-day trip. Also, please note we have many differenty objective possibilities. So, I can set up a trip for beginners and also for very experienced mountaineers. We can organize from easy alpine hikes to challenging rock and alpine routes.
