Stretching across the north of Iran, the Alborz Mountains are home to the highest peaks in the entire country and, when winter comes, offer some of the best ski touring in Central Asia!
Join me and over the course of our eight days together, we will head right into the heart of these mountains and explore more than 10 different summits in the western portion of this range.
After meeting up at the international airport in Tehran, we will transfer to Iran’s premier ski resort. Based from this incredibly cozy and stunningly placed resort, we’ll head deep into the mountains each day to make some incredible runs, while getting some of the best views around.
Days will generally begin with an invigorating ascent of one of the many snowcapped peaks in the region, before we race down untouched and perfect powder back to the foot of the mountain.
After a whole week of doing this, you’ll wonder why you haven’t skied in Iran before and start planning your next trip back!

I am a highly experienced climber and skier. I've done many first ascent climbs worldwide and set many routes. I have also skied on many different mountains in Iran. I'm also the first and only IFMGA Aspirant Guide in Iran and hopefully will be the first fully certified IFMGA guide in Iran next year (2020). I also hold the highest level as Rock Climbing Instructor in Iran: Level 1. I am a Level 2 Ice Climbing instructor, founder of Navigation courses and founder of Bigwall climbing courses.
