Description

Have you ever wanted to be in two places at the same time? This hiking trip from Castellar to the heights of Menton will take you to the border ridge of France and Italy.

On this hike, we’ll be able to enjoy some incredible panoramic views in the French locality of the Alpes-Maritimes. Some of those places include Roquebrune Cap Martin, Ventimiglia and San Remo from the Italian Liguria, and even Corsica if the sky is clear.

In addition to all the wonderful places we’ll see along the way, we’ll finish our hike in the charming village of Castellar for a drink. The village is wonderfully placed on the heights of Menton and Roquebrune Cap Martin, another picturesque commune in the Alpes-Maritimes.

This is an easy hike, open to everyone. Especially if you are looking to spend a day outdoors!

I booked a tour with Fabrice on late May, definitely the highlight of my holiday, we went on a hike around Casterino It was a relaxed hike with great sights of mountain forests and lakes, I got to see some of the local fauna and flora of the park, ibex, marmots, chamois, although not as much as they would be in the area, possibly because of the wolfs (we saw some footprints). Overall it is a great way to see the surroundings. I would definitely recommend Fabrice as a guide for your next hike!
