We meet in the village of Grindelwald, Bern. Then it is about 40-minute ride on the Jungfrau Railway via the Kleine Scheidegg to the Eigergletscher station. From the station, we start climbing rocky steps and bouldersin front of Eiger and the Guggi glacier until we reach the exposed Guggi Hut. After the efforts of this day, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view from the Guggi Hut. Dinner and overnight at the hut.
Ascent: Approximat. 700m, 2 ½ – 3h.
After breakfast at the Guggi Hut it is time to set our for the Mönch ascent over the Nollen route. We climb through ruby, flat rocks until we get to the Mönch plateau. From now on, we move mostly on ice and snow. Shortly after the plateau we reach the famous bulwark of the Nollen. Equipped with steep ice tools, we climb the up to 80° steep ice wall. After the Nollen, we continue on the steep NW flank to the West ridge and shortly along it to the summit of the Mönch (4107m). Ascent: approximately 1300m, 6-8h.
Once at the summit, you will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of all the surrounding mountains, 4000-meter peaks, the Jungfrau- Aletsch glacier and the shimmering blue Thun Lake. The paragliding descent to Interlaken is the non plus ultra of the tour! Departure from Interlaken/ Grindelwald approx. at 4:00 pm.

Guggi Hut (2791m). Dinner and breakfast are included.
The Guggi Hut is not continuously maintained and you need to cook your own food. The guide will provide all the necessary food for the night and morning meals. You can only buy additional drinks there, but not food.
