Description

Hike around the charming Mont Bastide, located in the coast of Nize. This guided tour offers a complete natural experience. It’s a really interesting walk to explore Mediterranean vegetation and many other ecologic features of the area. We will also be able to discover human traces from back in the prehistory!

The Mont Bastide’s summit at 400 meters will give us a breathtaking view of the Alpes-Maritime coastline, from Cap Ferrat to Cap d’Antibes and Estérel (and sometimes even Corsica).

At the end of the hike, we’ll have a drink in the charming Eze Village, one of the most beautiful and authentic villages in France. This site is located on a promontory, offering fantastic views of the coastline.

This hiking tour is open to everyone and takes approximately 4 hours. We will be gaining around 400 meters of elevation. It is an easy hike ideal for people looking to spend a day outdoors.

I booked a tour with Fabrice on late May, definitely the highlight of my holiday, we went on a hike around Casterino It was a relaxed hike with great sights of mountain forests and lakes, I got to see some of the local fauna and flora of the park, ibex, marmots, chamois, although not as much as they would be in the area, possibly because of the wolfs (we saw some footprints). Overall it is a great way to see the surroundings. I would definitely recommend Fabrice as a guide for your next hike!
