This 2-day ski touring ascent I am proposing today is probably the best alternative to reach Mont Blanc’s summit, the highest point of Europe.

Ski touring in Mont Blanc involves the ascent of snowed hills, reaching its incredible summit and looking the best powder runs. During 2 amazing days I promise you the best ski touring experience with the most stunning landscapes.

The way up to the summit of Mont Blanc is quite challenging and it requires previous mountaineering skills such as walking in crampons, use ropeas and ice axes. Furthermore, you will also need to have a very good fitness level.

However, I must say that it’s worth every effort, trust me.

I strongly recommend the ascent from the Cosmiques Hut through the hills of Col du Midi, Col du Mont Maudit and Col de la Brenva. For the descent, I’d prefer to ski down through the Boss Des Bosses in order to achieve an interesting ring route. But this trip is not always possible because of the weather. In that case, we’ll go by the Grand Mulets following the Arete Royale of the Dome of Gouter and from there to the top of Mont Blanc.
