Description

Anytime you have a chance to reach the top of the majestic Mont Blanc (4,810m) you do it. It’s a bold statement for a bold mountain. And on this 3 day ski touring expedition, you will get to make your way to the top of the mountain and ski your way down.

Over the course of 3 days, you will get to climb, explore and enjoy the mighty Mont Blanc. The most famous peak in the French Alps, Mont Blanc is a beacon for climbing as well as skiing enthusiasts.

The first day of the trip will be focused on proper acclimatization. Thus making the following 2 days far more enjoyable as you will not have to worry about altitude sickness. We will be ski touring around the mountain on the variety of the area’s fantastic descents. And at the end of the day we will go to the Cosmiques refuge, where we will spend the night.

On the second day of the trip we will make our way up to the Grand Mulets refuge, where you will get to enjoy some great views and spend the night. And on the final day of the trip we will make the final ascent to the summit along the north ridge before enjoying the unforgettable ski descend back down.

On this 3 day expedition, you will get to rise to the top of Mont Blanc and enjoy the thrill of going back down. I know you will have the time of your life. All you have to do is send me a request. I look forward to guiding you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather the itinerary is subject to modification. However, if scaling and descending Mont Blanc is not possible, I will guide you on an ascent and ski descent trip on a similar 4,000 meter peak such as Gran Paradiso, or other peaks in areas like Valais in the Swiss Alps.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
