    If your a ski lover, join me and discover the incredible Queyras valley in a great off-piste skiing experience…

    At this time, I bring a 6-day program of freeride skiing in one of the most beautiful places in France: Queyras Valley. It is located in the southwestern of France, more precisely in the High Alps.

    It also lies in the Queyras National Park where it conserves a great variety of a unique flora and fauna. In addition, it has many mountains and its’ popular for being a winter sport destination. There a many villages with equipped ski chalets and resorts.

    During this interesting program, we’ll rest in a simple but friendly hotel in Abriès, a little village which also belong to Queyras National Park. Besides the technical skiing part, we’ll also have the opportunity to meet the local culture.

    If you ask me why I think this a great program for ski and snowboarder lovers, here are some reasons:
    • Firstly, it’s a great opportunity to explore Queyras Valley and its incredible freeride skiing routes;
    • I offer a warm and comfortable accommodation in a picturesque village of the Alps. It also includes all the transfers during the trip.
    • Of course, I bring all my mountain and ski experience to help you to live an unforgettable skiing adventure.

    As a final point, skiers that want to participate in this program must have an intermediate ski level in varied terrain as well as prior experience in it. Further, it’s important to be in a good physical condition.

    I’ve already organised some departure dates that you will find below. Even that, I can organised the same tour on another date.

    So, feel free to contact me if you have any interest in this experience. We will have time to discuss about it and adapt the program in the way that meet your expectations. It will be my pleasure to be your guide!!!

    I was disappointed. I was slower than the rest of the group reaching Tete Rousse, and the guide discouraged me from going to Gouter. I had a slight ankle sprain the day before which slowed my ascent. I recovered 95% the day after. My complaint: when I decided to go for a second guided attempt, at a slower pace, I received no help in securing a guide, or a reservation at Gouter. The online reservation showed fully booked both for Rousse and Gouter. But I know that there were lots of empty bunks at Rousse, and I suspect the same at Gouter. I received sympathy, but only as a formality. Initially I had sought a single dedicated guide, but I was encouraged to join a group. I did not get a choice.I should have known better, I knew my pace would be a bit slower, but I counted on your support and understanding. I got neither. I was on my own with no help.
