Description

Discover the impressive Italian Dolomites on an exciting half-day adventure. Join us for 2 hours adrenaline filled hours doing via ferrata on the unique Ra Gusela.

This unique via ferrata trip is normally carried out downhill from the Nuvolau Hut, descending through staricases. From there, we’ll follow the 438 trail towards the south-east ridge and up to the vertical part of the Ra Gusela ferrata. The highest point in this trail is 2,574 meters above sea level. We’ll then go towards Passo Giau and take the 452 path back to the Averau Hut.

For the descent, we can go to Passo Falzarego and reach the 439 path until the Squirrels Hut. The rest of the descent will be done by chairlift. Another option is to hike for an hour along the 441 path.

This is not a difficult path, though it does require caution and attention. It is a great alternative for training. Make sure to review the list of necessary equipment for the trip.

The trip itself and Refaelo the guide was great and they even gave a refund for my daughter who didn't participate at last due to sickness. But All the corresponding before the trip was bad. No details were given about the ferrata and not even about the meeting point and time. It took a lot of time to get answers for my questions and sometimes didn't get any.

Our guide Jacomo was incredible! He told us so much about the mountains and the area, about the fauna and the history of ferratas. We had an amazing time with him.
