Ski Mountaineering Course in Aoraki-Mount Cook National Park (6 days)

Deep in the mountains of New Zealand’s Aoraki-Mount Cook National park are some truly incredible ski mountaineering opportunities. And for 6 glorious days, we would like to guide you on a ski mountaineering adventure you will never forget.

Throughout this trip you will get to enjoy some unbelievable descents. They will definitely thrill you,  and we have no doubt as soon as one descent is completed, you’ll be eagerly anticipating the next one. Moreover, you will also get to enjoy some stupendous views in the Aoraki-Mount Cook National Park as well. You will also get to gaze upon many snow capped peaks in the Southern Alps, as well as different glaciers, including the Tasman and Murchison glaciers. Finally, this trip will be very tutorial as well as fun. As a result, we will focus on teaching you as much possible in hopes you will not only improve upon your existing skills, but learn some new ones, too. Some of what we will cover during this trip includes safety techniques, route finding and much more.

This trip will be tailored according to many factors. Those factors include your skill level, fitness level, weather conditions, snow conditions and your personal preferences. However, all participants on this trip should be in good physical condition and have previous back country skiing experience.
