I invite you to join me for a backcountry ski tour of 1 or several days in Rogers Pass, one of British Columbia’s most popular ski touring destinations. These tours are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels of skill, from beginners to experienced riders.
Rogers Pass is located between Golden and Revelstoke. Meters of deep snow and an amazing and large terrain make this area one of the must ski locations in the world for any backcountry skier.
I will take you on fantastic tours with trees galore, low-angle bowls and spectacular views from the summits. Also, you will be amazed by the steep couloirs that abound here, making for the perfect ski venue. This is definitely a hard to beat backcountry skiing destination!
Sliding down a snow-covered mountain on skis or snowboard is one of the ultimate experiences. I love to ski powder and steep terrain, and at the same time I enjoy educating people about the formation of avalanches and about the snowpack. My services also include tour planning and route selection, skinning tips and useful skiing techniques.
As a local guide, I’m in touch with the daily changes in the snowpack and weather. There many amazing classic tours in Rogers Pass, but conditions and weather are always changing the options, so send me a request and we will organize the perfect tour for you!

What happens if I need to cancel the trip?
If you decide to cancel, you’ll get a 100% refund (minus fees) if the cancellation is notified up to 60 days before the start of the tour, a 75% refund (minus fees) if you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the start of the tour, and a 50% refund if you cancel between 29 and 21 days before the start of the tour. If you cancel less than 21 days before the first day of the tour, you won’t receive a refund. Take into account, however, that if accommodation, flights or transfers were included in the trip you booked, then a different policy may apply as the guide will be bound by the provider’s cancellation policy.
What happens if the guide cancels the trip because of bad weather/unsuitable conditions?
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force the guide to cancel the trip, he or she will: a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose to postpone the activity until a later date, or c) cancel. If you refuse option a), our cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client).
What happens if the guide doesn’t show up or cancels for personal reasons?
If the guide cancels for reason of injury or other, you will get a 100% refund on your trip.
The rates above assume you will provide your personal ski gear (boots, skis/poles, helmet, avalanche rescue gear, etc). Please let me know if you do not have this equipment and I will try to find the best gear at the best rental price for you
