This is a program tha offers several ski trips in the surroundings of Bariloche. The options include Cerro Lopez, Frey, Baguales reserve and Frontera.

We will search for the best snow and weather conditions, and ski in unspoiled mountains. Meanwhile, we will enjoy the fantastic views of this North Patagonia region.

Inside Nahuel Huapi National Park is Cerro Lopez, one of the best areas for tree skiing in Bariloche. From its summit you can admire Mount Tronador and some Chilean volcanoes.

Another famous itinerary is called ‘Vuelta al Frey’, which starts at Cerro Catedral. We’ll reach its highest point with lifts, and ski down to Van Titter Valley. Once there, we’ll visit the mythical Frey Hut.

Baguales, on the other hand, is a recently created mountain reserve, with plenty of options for backcountry skiing. Besides, it offers excellent services and is an hour away from Bariloche.

If you want to plan a ski trip in Bariloche, please contact me! We can make day trips or combine destinations for a multi-day program. I will adapt the program according to your wishes and the level of fitness of the group.

Looking for other activities in Patagonia? I can also take you to an expedition to the Southern Patagonian Ice Cap, or climbing Cerro Solo in El Chalten.

If you refuse option a), our cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client).
