Description

Located in Hokkaido, the northern island of Japan, the town of Niseko is a famous place for tourists to visit, and is highlighted by the majestic Mount Yotei (1,898m). Along with the gorgeous scenery, the town also receives very heavy snowfalls during the winter months. Thus creating exceptional skiing conditions for visitors to enjoy. And on this short, half-day skiing trip you will get to enjoy those conditions with a freeride world qualifier skier, who is also the eleventh ranked skier in Japan!

Since this trip is only a half-day, it can be added to almost any itinerary on a vacation to Hokkaido. And I can assure you the addition is worth it. Not only will you get to enjoy the great slopes of Niseko, but you will get to enjoy them with a seasoned professional. I will provide you with advice on how to tighten your existing skills. And I will give you tips based on years of skiing experience. As a result, while I will not be guiding you, I will nonetheless be helping you grow as a skier. And, if you are an advanced level skier that just wants to enjoy the slopes with a pro, we can do that, too.

There are several different skiing spots in Niseko to choose from. And despite this trip being short, I will do my best to find the best one for you. If you would like to join me on this trip, just send a request.

Please note that you will need to sign a liability waiver prior to the beginning of the trip. Also, for safety and liability reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
