Highlights

The stunning Selkirk Mountains are a wonderful spot for winter sports. On this Sorcerer Lodge ski tour week, we will explore this beautiful region and discover some of its best snow spots!

We will begin our trip by taking a helicopter to Sorcerer Lodge from a helipad near Golden, BC. Sorcerer Lodge is located at 2030 masl, near the Glacier National Park and it will be our base during our ski week. From there, every day we will head out on our skis to explore a different terrain. We will go skiing in high alpine slopes, glaciers, ski peaks, steep chutes and also try some tree skiing. Then in the evening we will return to the cozy lodge and enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by our very own cook!

This ski tour is designed for intermediate to advanced skiers. We also require that you have a good fitness level. Because we will have a small guide to participant ratio, you will receive very personalised attention. This is the perfect trip for ski enthusiasts looking to discover new terrain along like-minded people!

Would you like to discover the snow capped peaks of British Columbia? Then book your place now and join me on this Sorcerer Lodge ski week in the Selkirk Mountains!

Looking for other skiing excursions in BC, Canada? Then we also offer this week long ski trip in the Coast Mountains with base in the Burnie Glacier Chalet!

    About the Guide

I am an IFMGA and ACMG-certified mountain guide based in Nelson, British Columbia. I'm the lead guide at Summit Mountain Guides, a guiding agency I co-founded back in 2007 and which offers year-round guiding services and courses in Canada and Europe.

The mountains of western Canada have been my playground since 1992. I'll be happy to take you mountaineering, backcountry skiing, rock climbing, hiking or ice climbing in this area I know so well. From day trips to multi-day adventures, I can guarantee an unforgettable and safe experience.

The SMG team of guides will help you with your trip's logistics, safety and contingency plans so that you get the most out of your backcountry experience and can just focus on having an amazing time on the mountain!
