Description
The Palissades de Charlevoix in the Quebec province is a paradise for outdoors and adventure lovers. Situated just 12 km from Saint-Siméon, this private adventure center in the heart of the Charlevoix mountains offers two great via ferrata courses for a fun day experience.
You will enjoy an incredible climb and hike secured by steel cables fixed to the rock wall, taking you along balconies and terraces. You don’t need any previous climbing experience to join us at the Palissades, either you climb the Falcon or the Lynx via ferrata, or both. Children from 10 years old onwards can also join us here!
The via ferratas at the Palissades have just a few metal steps and offer a more natural progression on balconies, bridges, sidewalks and natural rock stairs, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.You will be amazed by the suspension bridge situatated 200 meters above the valley, offering the most amazing views. The adventure takes you through a 70-meter rope rappelling, enjoy a unique thrilling experience, full of adrenaline! At the end of the path, two zip lines take you across the lake.You will enjoy a fun and safe experience along one of our experienced guides. Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
