I have hiked throughout the Alps and most of Europe for the last thirty years. This has been such a pleasure for me that I want to share this with you. Today, owing to a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sports and Nutrition, I organise and lead hikes, specifically aimed at enhancing your well-being through the natural movement of walking.
The peace and quiet available when hiking outdoors adds to the physical benefits of walking at your own rythm, while learning about the environment is an added joy and motivation.
To be able to get the most from hiking in nature, one must know: flora, fauna, geology, nutrition and by sharing this knowledge, you will be able to "read" your environment and to better know your own capacity in order to take full advantage of our hikes.
