Description

If you are looking to take your mountaineering skills a step further, and you’d prefer to learn and experience the mountains along with other women, then I have the perfect course for you!

Bring your friends along and join me on this weekend mountaineering course in Chamonix, only for women, enjoying the special camaraderie of an all female group.

I am an experienced woman guide, passionate about the mountains and love to share this passion with other women. During this weekend, you will learn and improve your skills and techniques for a safe and enjoyable experience in the mountains.

We will meet in the charming and famous alpine town of Chamonix, in France. We will get together on the glacier and learn about crevasse rescue. On rock, we will learn how to place protection points, like friends and pitons. We will go over the basic mountaineering skills and techniques.

You will experience the thrill of climbing and hiking on glaciers in the beautiful mountains around Chamonix, as they will be our classroom for these 2 days. I will make sure you get a solid mountaineering base.

After spending a day out in the mountain, learning and putting our skills into practice, we will spend a night in a mountain refuge. On the next morning, we will enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the mountains and continue with our course.

Women-only courses are an empowering and enriching experience, offering a great environment to learn and to push ourselves out of our comfort zone.

I am a certified IFMGA Mountain Guide, ski instructor trainee and a Police Mountain Rescuer "CRS Montagne".

I’m based in the Chamonix valley and have had the chance to travel all around the world: India, Pakistan, China, Yosemite, Antarctica and Canada, among others.

I particularly enjoy rock climbing, introducing women to alpine environments and the diversity of the activities in which I’m involved in. I love sharing my passion, inspiring others to believe in themselves in order to move on and go further.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
