La Haute route Chamonix-Zermatt es una de las rutas más famosas del mundo! Es tanto bella como emocionante. Las majestuosas montañas a lo largo del camino, sus impresionantes glaciares y los paisajes invernales hacen esta una ruta muy especial.

Porque está ubicada en un área cerca de muchos glaciares, ¡la calidad de la nieve aquí es increíble! Así que, no solo tendrás las vistas más asombrosas, también disfrutarás de los descensos más emocionantes.

¡Esquiar en este lugar es simplemente maravilloso! Y hay descensos para todos. Por ejemplo, si eres un esquiador intermedio, puedo llevarte a los mejores lugares donde puedes mejorar tus habilidades. Pero, si eres un experto, puedo mostrarte lugares donde puedes desafiarte a ti mismo!

Además, los refugios a lo largo de esta ruta están en lugares estratégicos. También, todos los refugios en los que nos alojaremos están recientemente renovados. Y ofrecen la mejor opción para alojamiento, comida y bebida. Así que te quedarás en refugios cómodos y encantadores con vistas incomparables que son fascinantes.

Uno de los puntos emocionantes de este viaje es el camino cruzado empinado en el camino hacia el refugio Valsorey. Al igual que en muchas partes de esta deslumbrante ruta, esta constantemente cambia. I love the mountains and they have been my destiny and my passion for more than 20 years now!
Everyday I feel a big gratitude to work in this outstanding landscapes and being able to inspire my clients - we always have a good time together and make it a unique experience!

I am based in Schaffhausen, a nice historic town in the north of Switzerland and the area of lake constance. From here we have all options, whether it be one-day-trips to eastern- and central alps or whole journeys to foreign countries.

My second base is the small town of Arolla, Valais - all high peaks of the alps are around this area. It is exactly between Zermatt and Chamonix, a perfect place to be...I love the contrast of the different cities!

Together with my team and friends from BERIE alpine school we want to invite you to join our climbs and skiing trips or our trekking trips around the world. In high altitude mountains, I have lot of experience, working many years in this game with well-established partners, for example as guide on Mount Everest (Summit success 2003 with 7 members).

In my program you will find fine mountain journeys with or without skis. We will offer you not just the climb and a summit successes! Mountains are not gyms!

To get in touch with the local people and to understand their way of life and history is an important part of my philosophy. Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.
