Have you ever tried canyoning? This activity invites us to discover a natural area while we hike, jump and swim. Follow me on this fantastic canyoning adventure in Poyatos Canyon, in Cuenca and I’ll teach you everything that you need to know to enjoy the activity safely!
On this opportunity, we’ll go to the Poyatos Canyon. This beautiful canyon is in the Serranía de Cuenca, a range that belongs to the Iberian System. First, we’ll meet in Caserío de Vadillos Hotel at 10 am. From there, we’ll go near the canyon and prepare our equipment. Finally, once we get to the canyon, we’ll begin with a rappel and then enjoy the jumps and slides.
If you want to take your first steps in canyoning, this trip is the perfect chance. It is aimed at beginners who want to explore a natural area and enjoy a sportive activity. You’ll learn canyoning basics and prepare for future trips!
Would you like to take part of this program in Cuenca? Then don’t hesitate to send the request and book your place. I’m sure you won’t regret your choice.
If you’re looking for more canyoning options, you can take a look at this program that I lead in Somosierra, close to Madrid.

Pedro was so knowledgeable about the area, and graciously answered all our questions, even those unrelated to the hike. He was very kind in picking us up from Madrid for a small fee. He also took a bunch of photos of my husband and I during the trek, which I really appreciated since those are our only pictures together from our trip to Spain. I'd definitely recommend Pedro to anyone traveling to Madrid and interested in experiencing nature outside the city.
