Our trip will begin at the Zwölferhorn cable car in St. Gilgen. After a short, but scenic cable car ride, we will launch from the Zwölferhorn mountain (1,522m). However, based on wind conditions, we may also launch from other mountains including Gaisberg (1,288m), Loser (1,838m) or Krippenstein (2,108m). Guided by an experienced pilot, you will get to focus entirely on the gorgeous Salzkammergut region of Austria. You will be able to gaze down, for approximately 10-20 minutes, but possibly more if you wish, at the area’s collection of lakes and mountains. We will then land back at St. Gilgen either by running or sitting, while sliding on our harness’ protective airbag.
Paragliding is a hugely rewarding activity. It provides participants with a means to see so much in a relatively short amount of time. And because of the great heights you will get to reach, you will feel as if you can see the entirety of the Austrian state of Salzburg.
No experience is necessary for this trip. Anybody as young as 6 years old can enjoy it.
So if you would like to enjoy some exciting paragliding in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria, just send me a request. I would be happy to guide you on a flight you will never forget.

Being out in nature, feeling the wind in my face and flying above the world. This is what I live for!
I fell in love with paragliding while travelling in New Zealand in 2005 and never stopped since.
In Austria, at the Salzkammergut Lake District where I live, we have many nice mountains to fly off with stunning views at the clear turquoise water of the lakes.
Our main paragliding mountain is the Zwölferhorn in St. Gilgen at Wolfgangsee lake. Here we can find the best conditions to paraglide nearly during the whole year.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
