Description

Discover the Torrent de Na Mora, one of the most spectacular canyons in Mallorca’s Serra de Tramuntana, just a short drive from Sóller.

This guided canyoning trip blends fun technical challenges with jaw-dropping scenery — waterfalls, narrow gorges and coastal panoramas — and is perfect for beginners: no prior canyoning experience required. The route sits at an easy/medium level, making it an accessible introduction to canyoning in Mallorca.

The day is part of our wider canyoning program, with routes tailored to different abilities and areas of the island.

We meet at Port de Sóller to leave the cars there, with our van we will go up until Mirador de Ses Barques on the Sóller–Lluc road. A short 10-minute walk leads to the canyon’s first jump, and the full on-water adventure lasts about 5–6 hours, finishing at Cala Ferrera.

After the canyoning section you’ll return on foot, enjoying sweeping coastal views on the hike back through the famous Camí de s’Illeta until Port de Sóller. The activity takes 5–6 hours in total, and the canyoning part lasts about 3 hours.

Had an incredibly fun sport climbing experience with Francisco! We could not have asked for a better guide than Francisco; he was incredibly well educated on the different routes at the crag, had a great personality, was very hospitable (brought us food and drinks), was safety-conscious, and was able to adapt our experience to both myself and my partner, who climb at different abilities. He effortlessly setup top rope anchors on the beginner slab for us to warmup on before moving over to the more challenging, vertical wall. In indoor U.S. grades I’ve lead routes as difficult as 5.11- whereas my partner does not lead climb at all and top ropes as difficult as 5.8, this did not affect our experience at all and as previously mentioned, Francisco was easily able to adopt our experience to both of our abilities. It is also worth mentioning that before this, both my partner and I have had little to no experience with outdoor sport climbing, don’t let that deter you from booking this trip. My favorite (and most difficult) climb of the day was Higiene Cerebral. I highly recommend this experience to anyone considering sport climbing in Mallorca, I am already looking forward to my next trip here, possibly to try DWS next time! 10/10 experience.
