Canyoning for beginners on Río Verde near Granada, Spain with a certified guide

In the province of Granada, we will find beautiful natural parks that are ideal for practicing canyoning. This activity involves descending through a river’s canyon using different techniques, such as hiking, jumping, sliding, swimming or rappeling. On this area, there are several canyoning possibilities with different levels of difficulty. Río Verde is situated in the Sierras de Tejeda, Almiraja y Alhama Natural Park and it is one of the best canyons in Andalusia. It combines jumps with rappels and is surrounded by a gorgeous natural environment with crystalline waters.

To take part in this activity, it is not necessary to have prior experience. This is a beginners program. However, keep in mind that it is important to know how to swim.
