Follow us to the beautiful town of Taxco, Mexico for an incredible canyoning adventure. During our excursion, we’ll dive into a dazzling canyon with exciting paths full of stunning vegetation.

Taxco, in the state of Guerrero, is a magical town (“Pueblo Mágico” in Spanish) surrounded by mountains and famous for its history and silver mines. It still preserves its colonial beauty with stunning churches, squares and cobbled-stone streets. There are also many touristic options to enjoy around Taxco. The most common one is the Pozas Azules de Atzala.

On this adventure, we’ll take you to a hidden and wonderful canyon. We’ll start by walking 35 minutes to the high part of the canyon from where we’ll get to enjoy rappels, waterfalls, climbs, slides and jumps. Although this canyoning trip is not very technically demanding, please keep in mind that you will need a good fitness level.

Participants need to be at least 12 years old. Make sure to bring a swimsuit, a backpack, shorts, a change of clothes for when we come back, a hat and sport or hiking shoes.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland.
