Join me on this absolutely epic and enjoyable half-day experience of coasteering along the coast of Bornholm, Denmark, a splendid and magnificent island in the Baltic Sea that offers us rugged and sensational coastline on which we can swim to rocky caves, jump and climb on a myriad of rock formations, and admire the majesty and beauty of both the island scenery and the mighty ocean.
Bornholm is a Danish island located in the Baltic Sea, and is a popular tourist destination in the Summer owing to its warm weather and abundance of natural scenery ranging from large rock formations to lush green forests and sandy beaches. This makes it an excellent locale for outdoor activities.
We will meet at our starting point, where we will dispense all relevant safety and general information and gear.
Once that is done we head straight in to the coasteering, which in its essence entails moving from one point to another along a rocky shore.
This means that along the way we will be climbing up and jumping off 1-6m high rock faces, sliding down extremely fun rock slides, and swimming to hard to reach caves that are sheltered away from most people.
This is a truly unique and interesting experience, which cannot be done anywhere else in Denmark, and when not indulging in coasteering we can check out the brilliant natural landscape, scenery and terrain that the island is known for.
Hopefully by the end of this adventure we will have instigated a new love of coasteering in you, whilst also making you want to come back and explore more of Bornholm.

Weight and height must be sent to the instructor. Requirements: Minimum height: 1.55 cm. Minimum age: 14 years. Max weight: 100 kg, Average physical shape ie. not overweight .
You must be able to swim and be comfortable with being in water.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
