In the heart of the Catalonia region, within the city of Barcelona, lies a quiet place unknown by many. It is hidden from the crowds that roam the city, and deep into a wild area of splendid sceneries.
The Canal del Joc de l’Oca is located in Torrent del Migdia. This deep notch cuts Montserrat massif, a multi-peaked mountain range, that forms part of the Catalan Pre-Coastal Range.
The path we’ll take will lead us to the Camí dels Francesos, that, along with Masia de Can Jorba, which we’ll visit next, has a great historic significance. Then, we’ll head to the Coll de la Ajaguda, also known as Bassal dels Gats. And from there, we’ll head down towards the Torrent, until we reach La Cajoleta, a small yet dazzling needle.
This intriguing place has many stories behind. One of them comes from its name, which many consider is from the Game of the Goose, or Juego de la Oca, in Spanish. So we’ll jump from terrace to terrace, just as if we were in the game, going from one box to the other.
If you wish to enjoy the best rappels, and most thrilling descents, and conquer the Canal del Joc de l’Oca, just as you’d do with the board game, send me a message. I promise it will be a fun and unforgettable adventure!

Right in the heart of Catalonia, well connected with Barcelona, stands the Montserrat massif; a mountain with big natural, cultural and spiritual significance that rises sharply to 1,236 meters from the top of St. Jeroni.
I organize guided activities and courses of all levels, and offer the possibility to discover this fantastic mountain accompanied by a professional certified guide.
Along with all these activities in Montserrat, I can guide you over all the natural sites of Catalonia and the Pyrenees, a region with a wide range of possibilities for trekkers, hikers, climbers, etc.
I promote the use of sustainable transportation (train, zipper, funicular) and the development of activities that stimulate in participants a feeling of belonging to the places he or she visits.
