Description

North Wash, in the remote red rock desert of Utah, has some of the most gorgeous canyons in the US. This day trip is your opportunity to have a canyoneering adventure in this stunning spot, with an expert local guide.

Two hour’s drive from the town of Moab, North Wash begins as a sandy creek in the desert next to the Henry Mountains and stretches 20 miles south. Its canyons are cut into very soft Navajo sandstone and are famous for being very narrow.

On this outing you will challenge your canyoneering abilities while enjoying the beautiful desert scenery. The routes range in difficulty from intermediate to expert: we will find the perfect one for your skills. Furthermore, most of the canyoneering spots in North Wash involve some climbing, so be prepared for an extreme adventure!

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
