To come on this 4-day expedition, you need to be a good skier, be in good physical condition and, finally, have some ski touring experience. Those in excellent physical condition could even attempt to do it in 3 days. However, with the 4-day option, you can expect moderate daily altitude changes, allowing for enjoyable ascents.

I am an IFMGA-certified mountain guide and have been showing people around the mountains of southeastern France for many years. I usually take clients on this La Meije ski tour during the months of March, April and May. It's the perfect time for great conditions! For security reasons, a maximum of 4 people can take this tour together.
