Descripción

Enclavado entre la majestuosa Aiguille du Midi y el icónico Mont Blanc, el filo Cosmiques es una escalada alpina clásica que combina la belleza impresionante con el desafío perfecto!

Comenzando a primera hora de la mañana, tomaremos un teleférico hasta la cumbre de Aiguille du Midi y comenzaremos nuestro acercamiento. La aventura comienza con una corta caminata glaciar de unos 20 a 30 minutos antes de llegar al filo propiamente dicho.

Una vez en el filo, pasaremos las siguientes varias horas escalando losas de granito y ascendiendo por corredores de hielo, todo mientras estamos rodeados por picos imponentes. Finalizaremos el día regresando a Aiguille du Midi y tomando el teleférico de vuelta.

Ninguna de las escaladas es excesivamente técnica, lo que hace que el viaje sea apropiado para montañeros de nivel novato, pero es lo suficientemente diversa y desafiante como para satisfacer a los montañeros más avanzados también.

Uno de los muchos puntos destacados del viaje son las vistas impresionantes que obtendremos a lo largo del filo, algunas de las cuales se consideran las mejores en todo el valle de Chamonix.

Guía de Montaña

Born in the Austrian Alps, the connection to the mountains was there from early on. Started skiing as a 3 year old kid, bit later climbing and mountaineering stepped in my live. Skiing and climbing all over the Alps and abroad became a huge part of my life.

One of my favorite places in the Alps are the mountains around Chamonix and Zermatt. Since graduating as a fully-certified Mountain guide, I’ve been able to share my passion for skiing and climbing with my guests. When I’m not guiding I try to push my personal limits in climbing and mountaineering. Looking forward reaching summits together.

This weekend i went with Daniel to the Grossglockner via the normal route and the experience was perfect. Everything was arranged and felt safe the whole trip. i would reccomend Daniel to everyone who wants to climb some mountains in the alps. Daniel is a phenomenal climbing guide. Our trip was a 1-day multipitch climb in the Hochkönig region. Daniel expresses a lifetime of experience in the region and is extremely knowledgeable about the routes and rock. Given it was our first multipitch/alpine/Austria experience, Daniel provided a safe and thorough climbing experience: reviewing gear, technique, and uniquely helpful beta. We could not have asked for a better day in the mountains and climbed on some of the coolest limestone features we have ever been on. Definitely a new high point for us. Daniel is extremely personable and made it readily known that he was there to help facilitate our adventure; whether its modifying plans or changing pace, Daniel was happy to accommodate. We are thankful for having him as a guide and for all of the additional info he provided to make our tour of the Salzburg area an awesome adventure. As others have noted, we highly recommend chatting with Daniel over WhatsApp, and he was extremely helpful in learning about the many climbing areas and options around Austria.
