Descripción
Dirígete al corazón del hermoso macizo del Mont Blanc para aprender técnicas de montañismo, incluyendo cómo conquistar glaciares, terrenos mixtos y altas altitudes.
Con nuestra base de 2 días en el refugio Torino, nuestro objetivo principal es construir confianza y enseñar a los participantes lo esencial, incluyendo cruces de glaciares, rutas mixtas y crestas, y canales empinadas. Todo esto con el fin de hacer a los participantes independientes en la montaña.
Manteniendo baja la proporción de guías, puedes esperar el cuidado y la atención necesarios para desarrollar tus habilidades de montañismo.

Itinerario
Día 1: Día de técnicas
Ascenderemos al refugio Torino, y dedicaremos el resto del día a los glaciares, técnicas de atadura y técnicas de autosalvamento, en caso de caída en una grieta. Luego haremos un ascenso corto en nieve y terreno mixto.
Día 2: Escalar el macizo
Hoy escalamos a una cima del macizo, donde experimentaremos las técnicas de progresión en nieve y terreno mixto, junto con todas las metodologías de atadura aprendidas el día anterior.

Equipo requerido: mochila mínima de 40 litros; botas de montañismo (crampones o semi-crampones); piolets; crampones; arnés; frontal de batería; batería cargada y de repuesto; casco; botella térmica de 1.5 litros; crema solar y bálsamo labial; Saco de sábana o una sábana individual; calcetines ligeros y calcetines de esquí o de senderismo, posiblemente 2 pares; camiseta interior; jersey de cuello alto; forro polar ligero; pantalones; forro polar ligero; guantes, sombrero y gafas de sol; barras de cereal o fruta para el almuerzo.

This place blew my mind, it's a true Natural Waterpark and I recommend it 100%! It’s not well-known, but from now on it should be be a must when you visit Tuscany. It's located 1:30 hs from Firenze, making the Apuan Alps an amazing option for a day trip. I went up by train and Carlo, the guide, was waiting for me in the train station. I've never done a canyoning adventure before and it turned out to be the most fun I had this summer. This adventure is for all levels, if I did it anyone can! But you must not have a fear of heights and have a notion about rock climbing or rappelling. The jumps at first are a little bit scary, but there is nothing better than overcoming fears and doing it anyway! The experience ends up under a Roman bridge, and it makes everything so special. I felt super safe at all times, because our guides, Carlo and Franco, were just FANTASTIC! Just book your adventure anytime with Explore-Share and you’ll never forget it!
