En el Parque Nacional Torres del Paine encontraremos infinitas cumbres y paredes de granito verticales que se elevan entre los glaciares. La Torre Norte de Paine es la más fácil de las tres principales torres que componen el paisaje.

Con una aproximación de caminata de 2 o 3 días, llegaremos a la base para comenzar el ascenso. Alrededor de 500 metros nos separan de la cumbre con rutas de dificultad media-avanzada. El descenso se realizará en rappel por la misma ruta.

El ascenso a la Torre Norte de Paine implica una condición física muy fuerte y cierta experiencia previa en ascenso alpino. Ten en cuenta que, dependiendo de la temporada, el sur de Chile puede presentar vientos fríos y condiciones climáticas difíciles. ¡Prepárate para una aventura realmente desafiante!

Mountain guide and instructor from the Chilean Andinism Federation (FEACH) and certified Wilderness First Responder.

I’ve opened several climbing routes in Chile, and was one of the first and very few Chileans to summit Cerro Torre, Fitz Roy, Paine Grande and Torres del Paine.

I climbed almost all the technical mountain in Cajón del Maipo, in Central Chile, and did some of the most important routes in Yosemite, Indian Creek and Patagonia.

And regarding ski mountaineering, I skied down Mount Illimani and Huayna Potosí in Bolivia, and Cerro Castillo, Morado Norte and Sur in Chile.
