I have been mountaineering using guides for years and Fede is by far the best and most professional guide I have ever had the pleasure to climb with. He was so polite, patient and willing to teach. A fantastic human being and huge benefit to Explore Share and all who climb with him. Thank you Fede, thank you very much.

First of all: Federico did not guide our tour, but we still want to give a feedback about his Communication and what we received in exchange for our money. For 1100€ we atleast expected to learn something that we didnt know already, such as knots, how to walk on a glacier and what to look out for. Also our Communication with our money transfer was a bit problematic, leaving us with open bills, which I could have paid directly at the hut with direct and clear Communication. We understand that Federico couldnt guide us which was not a huge problem for us, since he found a replacement quite quick. We would wish for a better Communication next time.
