I booked a tour to go hiking months in advance. I confirmed with the guide weeks in advance. When I arrived in Bariloche, I reached out to the guide and she let me know she had the wrong date of. I was never able to go hiking with her. I was able to do all the hiking on my own anyway so it was not a big deal. Probably would not use the company again. I only got annoyed because it did take several days to confirm that I would receive a refund. They did refund the payment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with Luciana! She is a great, knowledgeable guide with decades of experience. I felt extremely comfortable with her and she easily adapted the trip based on my experience level. Highly recommend!
