Je m'appelle Manase Mwanga, je suis le fondateur et le directeur général de Top Climbers Expedition, une petite entreprise locale qui propose un large éventail de safaris uniques, dont l'ascension du Kilimandjaro, des aventures dans la nature, des circuits à vélo, des vacances à la plage et du tourisme culturel. Je suis tanzanien, né et élevé dans la région du Kilimandjaro. J'ai une grande expérience et une excellente équipe de personnes et de guides, qui garantit un service de la plus haute qualité à nos clients.
En tant que directeur, je me concentre sur l'organisation de programmes avec une approche éthique et professionnelle pour dépasser les attentes des touristes. Tous nos programmes bénéficient aux autochtones, c'est-à-dire aux porteurs et aux guides locaux qui travaillent dur, en créant des opportunités d'emploi afin d'éradiquer la pauvreté. Nous utilisons les ressources naturelles de manière durable, en veillant à ce que les générations actuelles et futures en bénéficient. Nous ne sommes pas une agence qui loue des guides. NOUS sommes les guides et nous veillons toujours à votre satisfaction.

Let's forget all 13 of us had success summited the Uhuru Peak, let's talk abouy how those guys (guides, porters, crew, etc) manage all the best for us. Guides are perfectly know how to guide us, mentally, and physicly. Porters are support us whatever we need, the chef, the helicopter guy, all are become our family. Shout out to Mtey as chief guide to lead the crew perfectly, to Baba Jackson as a wise guide, to James as my summit guide, werema, elias, saidi, simon, and everyone was built for the successful and happiness in the mountain.

I cannot say enough about the Top Climbers Expeditions team I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro with... without them, I would have never reached Uhuru peak. Our excellent guides were Masu and Joseph - they were extremely knowledgeable and let us hike at a pace we were comfortable with. Not only that, they kept us safe (checking our vitals nightly and making sure we didn’t get sick from the altitude) and encouraged us daily. They also carried oxygen tanks the entire time, in case we needed it. Kida, our waiter and summit porter, went above and beyond and kept our energy and mood up with his dancing and singing. Our chef, Yahaya, cooked such delicious meals and made sure we ate enough to keep us going... in short they treated us like family! ❤️

Great company to do it , staff really nice and food was great quality and large amounts of it. Don't hesitate to contact them as they are very easy to contact and arrange any packages with them.

We climbed Kilimanjaro in January 2025 with Top Climbers via the Lemosho route. The organisation, support and care provided by the Top Climbers team was outstanding. All the equipment, tents and mattresses were in great condition and the food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The mental support of the team helped us a lot. The guides and porters were exceptionally friendly and put us in a good mood. We couldn't imagine better support for the ascent. Communication was very good, both in preparation for the trip and during the expedition. Every day we spent with the wonderful team was unique. The summit climb was certainly the highlight of the trip, we also had a lot of fun climbing the Barranco Wall. We would like to thank the great team, who played an important part in us making it to the summit of Kilimanjaro.
